01  What we collect

To run your league we collect a small amount of data:

• chevron_right Account info: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your basic Google profile (name and photo).
• chevron_right Fantasy data: your linked platform handle and read-only league data (rosters, matchups, and weekly scores).
• chevron_right Usage data: basic, aggregated analytics and error logs that help us keep the app working.

02  What we never do

Some things we will not do with your data:

• chevron_right We never store your fantasy-platform password. Linking uses a read-only handshake.
• chevron_right We never sell your personal data.
• chevron_right We never share your rosters or picks outside your own league.

03  How we use your data

We use your data solely to power the product: standings, matchups, power rankings, Pick'em matrices, Survivor pools, and account features. Email may be used for essential account and league notifications.

If you opt into a newsletter, we store your email to send updates you asked for. You can ask us to remove it at any time.

04  Third-party services

We rely on a few providers to operate: Google Firebase for authentication and data storage, Google for optional sign-in, and the fantasy platform you link (Sleeper) for read-only league data. Each processes data under its own terms.

05  Cookies and sessions

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and to remember your last-selected league. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

06  Deleting your data

You can request account deletion any time from Settings → Delete account. A person handles deletions right now, so the request is recorded and actioned rather than removing your account on the spot. We remove your profile and your league memberships. Aggregated league standings may remain so your league's historical records stay intact for other members. If you change your mind, contact us before the request is actioned.

07  Data retention and security

We keep your data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. We take reasonable measures to protect it, though no online service can guarantee absolute security.
